TO REITERATE: NB.. my 'philosophy, : ACT, always, as if the one obviously universal 'good' does come to pass no matter what the odds .. or attacks, or draining subtle undermining so often practiced by Brits.

All life i am student of TOP medical science sceptics who are INSIDE that world - the Jesuses of actual 'health' (merely as i like troublemakers ); also from a farming and also zookeeping (for Esti) background one treats the body like a piece of science - best bang for buck.

(eg ALL new science says UV is essential for immunity, and other bodily systems we still do NOT understand, but the lazy ignoramuses even top consultants want to fight ... we get on average 5% of the annual overall uv today that a normal person got 200 years ago... eg 200 years ago you both would be walking the 30 miles up to the hospital! ...i jest to make the point, ..loads of UV... as in read Hardy they walked everywhere often v long distances to market or family)
