NB my own MAIN interest for many years is often riffed upon but with the butterfly unbrained these days likely context forgot: THE 'environment' - which is not Swestershire or any of the Southern counties, is FAR healthier on average when there are smaller farms or landholdings. really weird dodgy modern day sexual politics (mutual benefit and economic collaboration by those, who also for economic necessity generally share the same bedroom) has decimated the functionality of the smaller landholding for twenty or thirty years.. i've seeen the Wasteland resulting so many times; so many fall into acid hissy fits that the whole REAL rural lands no longer functions well which may be as prosaic a matter as getting a reference from your last landlady/lord in regions - the environment, where often people know of one another over many years and anonymity of the Lowlands does not exist - that's how it all WORKS - maintaining propriety. And i know that's gone and been right buggered up.... and the Swesternites trade on some false version of 'femininity'....and as a result of this weird dysfunction one saw the London 'financial' operations moving in and buying up the very friengelands of places like Herrock hill - owned generations by a 300 acre family operation, now only solo manfarmer chappie, and those city spiv Fiscalites knowing that life is uneconomic if poor Adrian - quite a sexy hulk, can't any more get a wife.. they move in and make an offer... he can't refuse
and nett result many more monocultures
