I failed to add, and yes the Pasty libraries are large and fairly well stocked... though hardly anyone USES them... other than the noisy tramps having a wine-break, often very swivelleyed, , MANY bail-hostel inhabitants as Cornwall Council did a good number on getting bribed to take them in from London and all the cities, and keep em in horrid places.... travellers, who should know better when repacking tents or packs but always do it VERY loudly, unless they are European in which case they are very thoughtful of others..... and actually teachers who should be using other 'public spaces' for their 'excluded children'...as it means no body who wants to use a library to think...ever can... as they can't think it's in their best interests to be taught to....shut up for the 'common good'
