rather than saying GET OUT IN THE SUN... walk exercise and ... be NEW do things you dont want to do..m aybe even for others you really know not to even slightly like..... as that makes the mind stop mulling on its own miserable inflammations or whatever else nobody will ever really know is extant... but make some new bits that work too...or even better
