In other words

 What a dull life story.

Long ago  - no not as reformed 'alcoholic' all dreadful wankers who think they are not a thick philistine witter, 35 years ago pretty much stopped much use at all of alcohol... ruins people... and  anyone that pimps it is pimping poison... of curse i cannot say that to even my own offspring who is pimped by her uncle who pimps poison... as when he started pimping poison to his father in law he spied a way in to the 'fortune' ... which... blessim...was ever there - a con...

Nothing to do with me except grown ups grow out of the evil grape when they develop a mind...about age 25... and then in my 20s and 30s  several days a week at least  up at 4am to work.... hard... that hurts ... but then you realise over time is a kind of buzzy transcendental thing...almost

it settling down to real human hours you also realise that ALL work at night is evil - it hurts you - hurts your body... one of my best schoolfriends had an early heart attack despite being so so smugly healthy its daft...but nope, he flew jumbos over years fairly often at...night...

ALL fucking around with the rhythm of life nature tolerates in us humans... is negative. Period.  Which means, translated into words. It leads to shorter life expectancy. We've known that decades...

When i reverted to not night work... over a  few months it was extraordinary how my body almost resculpted itself into a  body that felt all juicy always...

And then not town life... the same

(farmers know noise stress and any air pollution leads to more nervy runts... )

But its the getting up with the light...

And also 'leaning in' to winter - the bullshit words for accepting the necessity of sleeping a bit longer in winter as there's no light....

That i know full well are not 'vaccination' against any mental health or wonkyitis...  they are 'human' (evolved patterns) , and all divergence from being human of course will have all sorts of consequences such as being a silly billy working for the meedia and being in such a bad mood they spread their bad mood with all their " in terrible times like these" ...

Funny that as certainly more people are roofless and perpetually peckish now... rather than 3 or 5 years ago....  theyve stopped saying in terrible times like these..

(ACTUAL JOURNALISM - i do...did.... ALL the £5 THOUSAND POUND PLUS ... ART  GALLERIES OF THE REGION.....are selling more than ever...[ i have interviewed a dozen the last 3 months]....   MORE... as i was told in Ludlow early spring regarding £10 grand paintings.... MORE sales!

...  £300 paintins...sales stopped!.. thats all you need to know about the UK...)

(so many times)
