ahahhh... but there is within a little story, tragi-story.... at the time, 6 years ago, may have made a national newspaper front page... so weirdly embarassing..... shameful. Bizarre ... shared for a reason: REAL .....mindfulness... not the fake Merm variety.

And real mindfuless or "dm me for change",  should be free..

Only the Substack lady admits to wanting to hear?  Everyone else a shabby voyeur i guess... do i sound like i care.
